Tres Leches

Soft, buttery cake soaked in tres leches sauce and layered with light whipped cream. Every spoonful is creamy, milky and deeply moist, the sponge having drunk up the three milks until it nearly dissolves on the tongue. Built in a jar, so it travels as well as it keeps.
